Day 70-72
going on uneven surfaces during a walk in a relatively flat walk in the woods jarred me at one point  my foot caught on a vine and my leg twisted some.  The main discomfort was gone in a day.  Driving is still limited to 1 1/2 hr if I am taking 2.5 mg oxy which is relatively low.  I am able to go up and down stairs easier with my cane but unable to do it well without a noticeable lurch.  The ABD is weak but too painful to do against gravity
